Data Deletion
You can delete your account and its data at any time, directly from the étude app. Here's how.

Delete your account from the app

Open the Profile tab
In the étude app, tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Settings
Tap the settings (gear) icon at the top-right of the Profile screen.

Find Account & Security
Scroll to the “Account & Security” section.

Tap “Delete account”
Select the red “Delete account” option to open the deletion screen.

Confirm the deletion
Type the phrase “delete my account” to confirm, then tap “Delete my account”.
What happens next
Your account will be deactivated and your progress, streaks and achievements will no longer be accessible. This action cannot be undone from the app. If you change your mind, contact support and we may be able to help restore your account.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in to delete your account yourself, email us at support@waltersamtechnologies.com from the email address on your account (or with the phone number you registered with). We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data.
